Nirmal Raj M is a highly experienced Growth Manager with a strong background in information technology, product and services industry. With a demonstrated history of working in project management, search engine optimization, advanced MS Excel, sales operations and market research, he has proven himself to be a skilled business development professional. Nirmal holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management focused in Food and Agricultural Business Management from IIM Ahmedabad and a Dual Degree from IIT Kharagpur. Currently, Nirmal is the Head of Growth & Marketing at onmeta where he is responsible for building infrastructure for easy Web3 adoption. Prior to this, he was the Co-Founder of Made in Idly and the Senior Expansion Manager at Rapido where he headed the PAN India Expansion team and was instrumental in launching 65 cities across PAN India in a span of 8 months. He has also owned end-to-end operations for launch, P&L of 2 major metropolitan cities - Delhi & Mumbai and ensured supply meets the demand with minimum cost and highest service level via data-driven approach. Nirmal has indirectly managed a team of 75 Operations Executives during the launch phase and curated a process playbook to ensure smooth launch of cities. Nirmal's education history includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad, where he focused on Food and Agricultural Business Management and a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) from IIT Kharagpur, where he studied Agricultural and Food Products Processing. He also completed his AISSE in Science from Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Nagapattinam. Nirmal's technical expertise includes Web3, infrastructure, Blockchain, Research Scientist, and Search.
